Video: Toothless man attempts record for most straws stuffed in the mouth

While having a look through the huge Guinness World Records video library, we found this clip of Guinness Rishi attempting the Most straws stuffed in the mouth (with hands).

 

Mega-mouthed Guinness from India managed to hold an incredible 496 drinking straws in his mouth for ten seconds.

 

 

His attempt took place on an Indian television show back in 2011.

 

Try this at home: Most straws stuffed in the mouth (hands off). The current record is 400 and was achieved by Simon Elmore (UK), who held them there for 10 seconds at the Mark 'n' Simon Show in Bavaria, Germany, in 2009. Rules: Hold them in your mouth without using your hands.

 

Guinness was actually born Har Parkash, but he changed his name after becoming a Guinness World Records super-fan. 

  

 

The determined record-breaker had all his teeth removed so that he could fit more straws in his mouth - ouch!

 

Guinness Rishi also holds a record for the Most flags tattooed on the body, as he got 366 between July 2009 and July 2011.
